Introduction
To serve you better, please read all of these terms carefully and make sure you fully understand them before you start using the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services. Important terms — in particular those that exclude or limit liability, grant licenses and govern the use of information, and set the governing law and dispute resolution — are marked in bold, and you should read them with particular attention.
If you are under 18, please read and understand all of these terms together with your legal guardian, and use the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services only with your guardian's consent.
If you do not agree to these terms, we will not be able to provide you with the full range of products and services, and you may choose to stop using them. If you choose to agree to these terms or use the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services, you are deemed to have fully understood these terms and to agree, as a party to them, to be bound by these terms and by the other agreements and rules relating to the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services (including but not limited to the Zizai Learning Privacy Policy).

1. Definitions
1.1 The “Zizai Learning” platform and related services: the products and services provided to you through the websites (the Zizai Learning web version), WeChat mini programs, WeChat official accounts and other applications or websites related to “Zizai Learning” that are launched, operated and managed by Chengdu Infinity Exploration Education Consulting Co., Ltd.
1.2 User: a person who uses the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services, referred to below as “you”.
1.3 The Zizai Learning User Agreement: the agreement between you and Zizai Learning on your registration, login and use of the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services, referred to below as “these terms”.
1.4 “Zizai Learning” account: the account you register on the “Zizai Learning” platform when using the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services, which serves as your credential for logging in.
1.5 Harmful information: information containing any of the following.
2. The “Zizai Learning” platform and related services
2.1 The products and services “Zizai Learning” provides to users include, but are not limited to, the display, purchase and study of online courses; the display, purchase and delivery of physical goods; the uploading, review and display of learning results; and other additional services such as online voting and interaction.
2.2 “Zizai Learning” provides products and services through different platforms, and what each platform offers may differ. Some products and services on some platforms may be limited by your rights, system or device. You can log in to your Zizai Learning account on the relevant platform as you need and choose specific products or services. By logging in to your Zizai Learning account and using the related products and services on a platform, you agree to comply with the Zizai Learning Terms of Service, the Zizai Learning Privacy Policy and related terms.
2.3 Some of the services “Zizai Learning” provides are paid services, which you can purchase by paying a certain amount through the third-party payment platforms offered by “Zizai Learning” to obtain the right to use them. For paid services, “Zizai Learning” will give you a clear notice before you use them, and you can only use a paid service after correctly agreeing according to the notice and completing payment. A payment is complete when the bank or third-party payment platform generates a “payment completed” confirmation.
2.4 You understand that to use the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services you need to provide your own equipment (such as a personal computer, mobile phone and other devices for accessing the internet or mobile internet) and bear the costs of connecting your devices to the network (such as telephone and internet charges, and mobile data charges).
2.5 To improve the user experience and services, “Zizai Learning” will update or change the platform and related services from time to time (including but not limited to adding, modifying and upgrading features). Unless you have obtained the express prior written authorization of “Zizai Learning”, you may not access or use the platform and related services in any unauthorized way.
2.6 “Zizai Learning” grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive and non-commercial right to lawfully use the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services. All other rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved by “Zizai Learning”; you must obtain separate written permission from “Zizai Learning” before exercising them. If “Zizai Learning” does not exercise any of these rights, this does not constitute a waiver of that right.
3. About accounts
3.1 You can start using the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services without registering, but some features or services may be affected. The “Zizai Learning” platform and related services provide a way to register; to help you use them better and to protect the security of your account, you will be asked to complete basic real-name verification in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations. After completing registration according to the on-screen instructions, you can log in as a user of the “Zizai Learning” platform.
3.2 Besides registering a “Zizai Learning” account, you can also choose to log in to the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services by authorizing the use of accounts you lawfully own on other software or platforms. If you log in with such an existing account, you must make sure that it has been registered under your real name, and the relevant provisions of these terms apply equally.
3.3 The account you register and the password you set are your credentials for logging in to the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services. You should use them with care, keep them safe and never disclose your account or password to anyone. You are responsible for all activities under your account, and you bear the consequences of account theft, password loss or unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to keep them safe.
3.4 The name, avatar and other account information you set when registering or using the “Zizai Learning” platform must comply with laws and regulations, social morals and the principle of truthfulness, and must not contain harmful information. You may not open an account in another person's name without their permission (including but not limited to impersonating another person's name, trade name, avatar or using any other means likely to cause confusion), maliciously register “Zizai Learning” accounts (including but not limited to frequent or bulk registration), or do anything that harms national interests or the lawful rights and interests of other citizens.
3.5 The account you register on the “Zizai Learning” platform is for your own use only. Without the company's written consent, you may not give, lend, rent, transfer, sell or otherwise allow others to use the account in any form. If the company judges that the use of your account may violate laws or regulations or endanger the security of your account and/or of the “Zizai Learning” platform, the company may refuse to provide the relevant services or terminate these terms. The company may block, cancel or reclaim the account as appropriate, and you and the user of the account bear any resulting losses, including but not limited to the loss of content and virtual property.
3.6 You can cancel your “Zizai Learning” account in the way provided by the “Zizai Learning” platform, but you remain responsible for your conduct before cancellation and while using the “Zizai Learning” platform. After cancellation, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, the company will not restore account records, content or virtual property, or provide services for them, so please act with care.
4. Content rules
4.1 You must make sure that the content you upload or publish on the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services contains no harmful information and that the content belongs to you or that you have obtained the necessary authorization — including full intellectual property rights in text, images and other material, or the right to use the information as authorized by the relevant rights holders.
4.2 We have the right to review the content you upload or publish on the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services and to handle it as appropriate, including but not limited to deleting the content, and to hold you legally liable.
4.3 You understand and agree that, to promote and spread user content better and to increase its value and influence, you grant “Zizai Learning” a free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, use, distribute, reproduce, revise, adapt, compile, publish, display, translate and perform user content or create derivative works; to incorporate the content into other works in any form, medium or technology now known or developed later; to sublicense third parties to use it in these ways; and to collect evidence, file complaints or bring lawsuits, in the name of “Zizai Learning” or through a professional third party it appoints, against infringements of content you upload or publish in which you hold intellectual property rights. For the avoidance of doubt, this license includes the right to use, reproduce and display the protected personal image, portrait, name, trademarks, brands, logos and other marketing materials contained in user content.
4.4 You understand that “Zizai Learning” will not transfer or disclose your personal information to any third party unless required by relevant laws and regulations or by the competent authorities, judicial or administrative bodies, or unless necessary to provide the services you request.
5. Platform rules
5.1 Without the written permission of “Zizai Learning”, no user may: reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services or otherwise try to discover the platform's source code; directly or indirectly take, distribute, sell or give away videos, images, text, user information or other content of the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services by any means (including but not limited to hotlinking, scraping, simulated downloading, deep linking or fake registration); log in to or use the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services through third-party software, plug-ins, cheats or systems not developed, authorized or licensed by “Zizai Learning”, or interfere with, damage, modify or otherwise affect their normal operation; do anything that endangers the security of computer networks using or targeting the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services, including but not limited to illegally intruding into networks, interfering with normal network functions, stealing network data, or providing programs or tools to support such activities, attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of systems or websites, or deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses; or use the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services in any other unlawful way, for any unlawful purpose, or in any way inconsistent with the other rules and standards set by “Zizai Learning”.
5.2 Without the written permission of “Zizai Learning”, no user or third party may, or may authorize, allow or help anyone else to: copy or read the content of the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services for any commercial purpose or activity, including but not limited to promotion, distribution, adaptation, sale, publication, giving away, research or advertising; edit, organize or arrange the content of the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services and display it outside the original pages of the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services; use the content of the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services for activities that violate the law or public order and good morals; or otherwise illegally obtain or use the content of the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services.
5.3 You understand and agree that in online or offline communities, user groups and other places provided by the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services, you must behave well, obey the law and respect others, and must not post or do anything that violates national laws and regulations, insults or defames others, invades others' privacy or is uncivil.
5.4 If you violate the above, or we have reason to believe that your conduct may violate the above, “Zizai Learning” has the right to submit records of your violations of law or infringements to the competent authorities and judicial bodies. “Zizai Learning” also has the right, as appropriate and without prior notice, to stop providing services to you and to hold you legally liable.
5.5 When registering for and using the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services, you must provide a real and accurate email address, mobile number and other contact details, and update them promptly when they change so that you can be reached. You bear any losses caused by failing to receive notices for reasons attributable to you. Notices sent by the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services to the contact details you provided are deemed delivered and legally effective from the date they are sent. Notices may affect your rights and obligations, so please check them promptly.
6. Changes to, interruption and termination of services
6.1 You understand and agree that “Zizai Learning” is constantly changing and improving the platform and related services and will do its best to provide services to you and ensure their continuity and security. If services are changed, interrupted or terminated for the following reasons, “Zizai Learning” will notify you as promptly as possible by text message, system message, website announcement or other reasonable means: service interruptions, inability to use the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services normally, and other losses and risks that may be caused by force majeure, network problems, defects in third-party services, malicious network attacks and the like; service interruptions caused by regular or irregular maintenance, updates or optimization of the platform and related services carried out by “Zizai Learning” to improve the user experience, refine its services and ensure security and consistent functionality; and the suspension, interruption or termination of part or all of the platform and related services by “Zizai Learning” for reasons such as overall service operation, its own business decisions, government action or force majeure.
6.2 You understand and agree that “Zizai Learning” has the right to interrupt or stop providing services to you without notice in any of the following cases: you have not provided true information, or the personal information you provided is untrue or inconsistent with your registration information and you cannot provide reasonable proof; you violate relevant laws and regulations or these terms; as required by laws and regulations or by judicial or competent authorities; or for security reasons or other necessary circumstances.
7. Changes to and termination of these terms
7.1 “Zizai Learning” has the right to modify or change these terms when necessary and will try to notify you in advance by reasonable means (including but not limited to text messages, system messages and website announcements). However, you understand and agree that “Zizai Learning” may modify or change part or all of these terms without prior notice, and you should check from time to time whether these terms have been modified or changed.
7.2 If you continue to use the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services after these terms are modified or changed, you are deemed to have accepted the changed terms. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services.
7.3 The services provided by “Zizai Learning” may be terminated in part or in full if: you violate these terms; your account has been cancelled; required by law or administrative order; or in other cases where “Zizai Learning” considers termination appropriate.
7.4 When these terms or the services provided by “Zizai Learning” end, we have the right to: stop you from logging in to the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services; delete your user information; and delete content you have purchased.
7.5 When these terms or the services provided by “Zizai Learning” end, we will notify you in advance by email, text message or other means using the contact details you provided that the services will end. You understand and agree that in emergencies or cases of force majeure, “Zizai Learning” may end the services without notice.
7.6 You understand and agree that you will not ask “Zizai Learning” for compensation or hold it otherwise liable because these terms or the services provided by “Zizai Learning” end, except for liability that “Zizai Learning” must bear under the law.
8. Privacy
8.1 While you use the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services, we may need you to provide personal information that identifies you in order to provide a better experience. “Personal information” includes but is not limited to your name, gender, age, telephone number, email address, education, location information and device information.
8.2 “Zizai Learning” will collect, use, store and manage your personal information in the ways required by law while keeping your data secure. For details, see the Zizai Learning Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
9.1 The intellectual property in all content of the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services (including but not limited to images, text, audio, video, products, design drawings, web pages, software, programs and service names) belongs to Zizai Learning. Without our permission, no one may use it (including but not limited to copying, adapting, recording, distributing, trading, selling, publishing, storing or uploading it to other platforms).
9.2 Text, images and other content uploaded through the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services may not be copied, reposted, modified, sold or used to create other works without our written authorization.
9.3 We own the copyright, intellectual property rights and operating rights in the original and exclusive content of the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services (including but not limited to live and recorded broadcasts, teachers' images, virtual images and original products). Without our written authorization, no person or organization may infringe our intellectual property rights; violations will be pursued in accordance with the law.
10. Use by minors
10.1 If you are a minor under 18, you should read these terms carefully under the supervision and guidance of your legal guardian and use the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services only with your guardian's consent.
10.2 “Zizai Learning” attaches great importance to protecting minors' personal information. When filling in personal information, minor users should be careful and protect themselves, and should use the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services properly with their guardian's consent and under their guardian's guidance.
10.3 Minor users and their guardians understand and confirm that if you violate laws, regulations or these terms, you and your guardian shall bear all resulting legal liability in accordance with the law.
11. Disclaimer
11.1 You understand and agree that the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services may be affected or disrupted by many factors, and we do not guarantee (including but not limited to) that: network services will be stable, timely, secure or accurate; the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable or error-free; any errors in the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services will be corrected; or third-party websites or resource links provided in the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services are accurate and complete, unless otherwise stated. We are not liable for any loss you suffer from using third-party websites or resource links.
11.2 You understand and agree that we are not liable for any loss caused by defects in free, complimentary or bonus products or services provided to you by the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services.
11.3 You understand and agree that all notices from the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services will be delivered through official system messages, text messages, emails or website announcements. We are not legally responsible for any activity or information obtained other than through the platform's official channels.
11.4 You understand and agree that these terms aim to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, uphold public order and good morals, and protect the lawful rights and interests of users and others. We do our best, within our abilities, to make judgments in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, but we do not guarantee that our judgments will be fully consistent with those of judicial or administrative bodies, and you understand and agree to bear the resulting consequences.
12. Dispute resolution
12.1 The conclusion, effect, performance, interpretation, amendment and termination of these terms and the resolution of disputes are governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (for the purposes of these terms, excluding the laws and regulations of the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions and the relevant provisions of the Taiwan region).
12.2 Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the People's Court of Chengdu High-tech Zone, Sichuan Province.
13. Governing law
13.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any provision of these terms conflicts with the laws of the People's Republic of China, the law prevails, and the relevant provision will be amended or reinterpreted in accordance with those laws. The rest of these terms remains in effect.
13.2 If any provision of these terms is held to be repealed or invalid, it shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
13.3 These terms take effect on the date you agree to them and are binding on both you and “Zizai Learning”.
13.4 If “Zizai Learning” does not exercise, fails to exercise in time or does not fully exercise a right under these terms or the law, this shall not be deemed a waiver of that right and shall not affect the future exercise of that right by “Zizai Learning”.
13.5 “Zizai Learning” reserves the right to interpret and revise these terms.
14. Miscellaneous
14.1 If any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions remain valid and binding on both parties.
14.2 The headings in these terms are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision.
