“We” means Chengdu Infinity Exploration Education Consulting Co., Ltd. (referred to below as “we”), which lawfully owns, operates and manages the related websites and applications. As the operator of Zizai Learning, we know how important your personal information is to you, and we will protect your personal information and privacy as required by law. We have written this Privacy Policy and would like to point out: please read and understand it carefully before using the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services so that you can make appropriate choices.
We collect and use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. When you use certain features, we collect your information only after obtaining your consent. Except for information that is necessary to provide a business function or required by laws and regulations, you may refuse to provide any information without affecting other features or services.

1. Collection and use of personal information
1.1 Registration and login
When you register or log in to the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services, you can link Zizai Learning to your WeChat account. To meet online real-name requirements, we collect your telephone number for real-name verification; if you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to use the related features normally. You may authorize us to use your WeChat avatar and nickname as your Zizai Learning profile; refusing does not affect your use. If you are logging in for the first time, we will register an account for you, after which you can log in to Zizai Learning with WeChat or with a verification code sent to your linked telephone number.
When you register with a telephone number or email address, we collect that number or address; after registering, you can log in with a verification code sent to it. You can also set a password for your account and then log in with your account and password. You can change your password, change your mobile number and link or unlink WeChat in the settings of the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services.
You do not need to register or provide the above personal information to search or browse the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services. For services that require logging in to a Zizai Learning account, we verify your identity using the information above to make sure we are providing the service to you.
1.2 Public account information
When you register a Zizai Learning account, we generate a student ID for it. The student ID is the public identifier of your account and cannot be edited.
Your avatar, nickname, submitted assignments and similar information will be shown publicly on your account's profile page.
1.3 Browsing content: while you browse content on “Zizai Learning”, we record your usage (shares, follows, saves, posts, likes, comments and so on) under your student ID.
1.4 Posting information: when you post content or comments, we collect what you post and display your nickname, avatar and posted content. When you use the image upload feature, we ask for permission to access your photo album (storage). If you refuse, you cannot use this feature, but your normal use of other features is not affected.
1.5 Purchases: virtual goods offered by “Zizai Learning” include but are not limited to online courses and training camps, which you can use after placing and paying for an order. Some virtual goods require you to complete personal information such as your gender, birthday, industry, occupation, education and location; if you refuse, you may not be able to buy those goods, but your purchase of other virtual goods is not affected. When you buy virtual goods, we need to share your “Zizai Learning” account, order number and payment amount with the third-party payment institution to confirm whether your payment has been completed. To help you check and manage your orders, we collect your order information to show it to you, which you can view under [My Orders].
1.6 Customer service: when you contact customer service about questions or disputes, we need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your identity and protect your account. To resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we may keep the content of your conversations with customer service.
1.7 Learning achievements: we collect your learning records (class time, course completion, assignments submitted, check-ins, challenges completed and so on) to show your learning data, which you can view under [Personal Information].
1.8 Notifications: in the course of operation we may send notifications to one or more of the contact details you have provided (such as WeChat, telephone number or email) for course reminders, announcements, identity verification, security verification and similar purposes.
1.9 Operational security: to keep your use of our products and services secure, prevent cheating and fraud, and improve the security and reliability of our products and services, we collect your device information, including IP address, device name, operating system, device type and browser version.
2. Sharing, transfer and disclosure of personal information
2.1 Sharing: we do not share your personal information with any company, organization or individual, except in the following cases:
(1) with your prior consent or authorization;
(2) where required by laws, regulations or administrative or judicial authorities;
(3) where sharing is needed to provide our core services or the services you request;
(4) necessary sharing with business partners. To provide you with complete services, we may share your account information, order information and device information with business partners. We share your personal information only for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific and explicit purposes, and only the personal information necessary to provide the service. We carry out security assessments of how data is output, transferred and used to protect data security, and we strictly supervise and manage our partners; if we find that a partner has processed personal information in violation of the rules, we will immediately end the cooperation and hold it legally liable. Our partners include the following types:
(1) Third-party account login: to let you log in with a third-party account, the third-party service provider may obtain necessary device information, network information, location and storage (photo album, media and other files) information (including collection in the background);
(2) Third-party mini programs: so that third-party mini programs can recognize your Zizai Learning account, we may share your account information with the operators of those mini programs;
(3) Third-party SDK providers: when a feature you use is provided by a third party, we may integrate a software development kit (SDK) provided by that third party, and the SDK provider may collect related personal information;
(4) Push notification services: to send you push notifications, third-party push service providers may obtain your telephone number and email address;
(5) Cloud storage services: to provide cloud storage (text and images you upload to Zizai Learning are stored in the cloud and in related scenarios), third-party service providers may collect your device information, network information and carrier information;
(6) Payment services: so that you can buy goods, services and virtual goods on the platform, third-party payment service providers may collect your device information, network information and carrier information to complete payment and keep it secure;
(7) Live streaming services: to support the platform's live streaming features, third-party service providers may collect your device information, network information and carrier information.
2.2 Transfer: we do not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following cases:
(1) with your prior consent or authorization;
(2) where required by laws, regulations or administrative or judicial authorities;
(3) in the event of a merger, division, dissolution or bankruptcy of the company, which may involve the transfer of personal information. We will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to remain bound by this policy; if the recipient changes the purpose or method of processing, we will require it to obtain your explicit consent again.
2.3 Public disclosure: in principle we do not publicly disclose your personal information, except in the following cases:
(1) with your prior consent or authorization;
(2) where required by laws, regulations or administrative or judicial authorities.
2.4 Exceptions: under the relevant laws and regulations, we may share, transfer or publicly disclose your personal information without your prior consent in the following cases:
(1) where related to obligations under laws and regulations;
(2) where related to national security or national defense;
(3) where directly related to public safety, public health or major public interests;
(4) where directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial or enforcement of judgments;
(5) to protect your or others' life, property or other major lawful rights and interests when it is difficult to obtain your consent;
(6) to process, within a reasonable scope and in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, personal information that you have made public yourself or that has otherwise been lawfully made public;
(7) in other cases provided by laws and regulations.
3. Storage of personal information
In accordance with the law, personal information collected within the People's Republic of China is stored within the People's Republic of China. We will not transfer it outside China unless applicable law expressly requires it or you expressly authorize it.
We store your personal information for the reasonable and necessary period required by law. After that period, or after you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
If we stop operating, we will notify you promptly and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold about you.
4. Protection of personal information
We use a range of industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from theft, alteration, leakage, unauthorized access or loss. Your account password is encrypted and personal information is anonymized. We have also set up dedicated security management rules, process reviews and staff reviews to keep your information secure.
Although we have taken these reasonable and effective measures and meet the standards required by the relevant laws, please understand that, because of technical limitations and the many possible malicious methods, there are no perfect security measures on the internet and information cannot always be guaranteed 100% secure. We will do our best to keep the personal information you provide secure. In the unlikely event of a security incident, we will inform you promptly by system message, telephone, text message or email.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
When you use the “Zizai Learning” platform and related services, we may send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and identify information about your visits and use of the product. You can choose whether to accept cookies by changing your browser settings. If you refuse cookies, you may not be able to log in to or use services or features that depend on them.
6. Protection of minors' information
If you are a minor under 18 (especially a child under 14), you should read this policy and use our products and services under the supervision of your guardian and with your guardian's consent.
We protect minors' personal information in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations, and collect, use, share or disclose minors' information only where permitted by law, with the guardian's consent, or where necessary to protect the minor.
If we find that we have collected a minor's personal information without the prior consent of the guardian, we will delete the data as soon as possible.
